Based on my own original illustration, this handmade mini-print is a perfect a gift for lots of occasions - a new job, a new studio, a new hobby, a new home... or just because.

For those of you with many hobbies, this lady has a growing gang of crafty companions!

SHIPPING TO THE EU **PLEASE NOTE: Sales Tax/Customs charges may now apply!**

As of January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU (Argh!!!!).
Orders from EU countries may now be liable for a local sales tax and/or customs charges - this can be an additional 17-25% on top of the original purchase price, depending on your country. This is applied in a similar way to customs charges, to be paid by the customer upon receipt of your order. 
Please look out for notifications from your local tax authority as they may not deliver your print/s until the necessary charges have been paid - I've had a few bounce back over the sea to me when recipients haven't been aware of this...
I'm afraid the whole process is somewhat mysterious and inconsistently applied and I've yet to find a reliable, definitive list of charges. I can only apologise profusely for any additional costs incurred - please know that it is out of my control, and I wish it wasn't so.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

At normal times I endeavour to post all orders out within 5-7 working days.
Please note: Items that are listed as "Pre-Order" or "Made to Order" may take 2-3 weeks longer to allow for printing and drying time - see individual listings for details.
At busy times (Christmas, new print launches etc) I can experience an especially high volume of orders. As I'm a one-woman show, I may take longer than normal to send prints out at such times - I hope you understand, and I thank you in advance for your patience if and when it's necessary. When dealing with order overload, I generally post international orders first and then UK orders - I always start with the furthest-flung destinations!
Please do let me know when you place your order if it needs to arrive by a certain date and I'll do my best to make it happen - you can add a note to your order at checkout, or contact me with your order number via the Contact page.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Once posted, delivery times vary depending on where in the world you are - please note that due to variations in postal systems & unanticipated delays, exact predictions are rarely possible!
Items sent internationally (including to the EU) may also need to clear customs - I'm afraid I have no control over customs delays or any customs charges that may be levied by regional authorities (many apologies!).

As a rough estimate, from the day you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow:
  • UK: allow 2-3 working days for delivery
  • Europe: allow 5-7 working days for delivery
  • USA/Canada/Australia/ROW: allow 2-4 weeks for delivery
  
 HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
UK orders over £100 / International orders over £110 = FREE SHIPPING
Under £100/£110: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout - they vary depending on where in the world you are...

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

For peace of mind (mine and yours...), my default shipping is now TRACKED for both UK and International orders.

You will receive a tracking number when your order is posted - please check your junk mail folder as they sometimes end up there!

If you wish to opt out of tracking on your package, please email me with your order number and I will adjust your shipping price (in most cases it saves between £1 and £3).

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

Mini Prints: Small prints (up to 15 x 15cm) are sent flat, backed with stiff card and protected by a card envelope.
Medium & Large Prints: I send my larger prints rolled in protective glassine paper, inside a cardboard tube for protection - I have found this to be the safest way for them to travel without being bent or crushed en route. If you order a combination of small and large prints, they will all be packaged together, meaning that the smaller prints will also be carefully rolled in the same tube as any larger ones.
Please mention when you place your order if you'd like your prints to be sent in a (biodegradable) cellophane bag for added protection. I can also package them flat on request, but be aware that larger prints are more prone to bending when sent flat, especially when travelling overseas.
I recommend removing your prints from the tube as soon as you receive them, to allow them time to uncurl. It can help to place them flat under a heavy book!

 

WHAT POSTAL SERVICE DO YOU USE?

The good old Royal Mail! 

In the UK, I send all packages via the Tracked 48 service, and everywhere else I use Royal Mail International Tracked delivery unless otherwise stated in the print description. 

 

CAN YOU GET IT TO ME QUICKER?

If you need your prints in a hurry I may be able to arrange delivery with a private courier such as Hermes, Parcelforce, DPD etc. Please note that there is likely to be an additional postage charge for this, as these services are often more expensive than Royal Mail delivery. 

 

HELP! I'VE CHANGED MY MIND... CAN I RETURN A PRINT?

Provided they are in perfect, saleable condition and still in their original packaging, you can return unwanted prints to me, though I'm afraid you'll need to pay for the return postage. Please contact me before you return anything so I can approve the return and confirm any relevant details.

 

HELP! MY PRINT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT...

Please contact me straight away if your print has been damaged in transit (pictures are helpful), and where possible I will sort out a replacement ASAP.

When it's not possible to sort out a replacement, I will refund the full cost of the print including postage.

 

HELP! MY PRINT HASN'T ARRIVED!

Occasionally prints can go astray in the postal system, especially when travelling internationally. There can be many reasons for the delay, and I've found that most do turn up eventually (often after a little stopover in customs somewhere).

Please allow up to 28 days for your print to arrive, but do contact me to let me know that you've not received your order within the timeframe outlined above. Where possible, I'll track it down and give you an updated arrival estimate. If it really has gone missing, I'll either send out a replacement (if possible) or issue a full refund, as you prefer.
